3. View the full deal pack
Full address, tenure and EPC data, purchase price against market value, refurb allowance, exit value, projected profit, rent, yield and ROI — plus sold comparables, 10-year local price statistics, photos, floorplan and a downloadable PDF report.
4. Get alerted first
Save searches by town, postcode area, budget, BMV and yield. When a matching deal is released you get an in-app notification and an email — instantly or as a daily digest.

Why deals are held back from the market
Vendors come to us when speed and certainty matter more than a maximum sale price — probate, relocation, portfolio exits, chain breaks and time-pressured sales. In exchange for a quick, reliable buyer we agree a price below market value. That discount is the margin our investors buy into, and it only exists while the property stays off the open market.
